Founded in 1982, Norvane specializes in professional and customized OEM/ODM services, mass-producing high-precision metal components for our clients.
Norvane operates three factories equipped with hundreds of CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC turn-milling machines and automated CAM lathes. Our components serve the automotive, electric motorcycle, bicycle, optoelectronic communication, consumer electronics, medical and electromechanical industries.
Subsidiaries: Norvane Precision Enterprise (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, and Norvane Precision (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, Jiangsu.

From its founding in Taichung in 1982 to three certified plants with IoT-connected machinery, MES and ERP.

Automation began in 2015 with robotic loading and unloading systems. All machinery is linked to an IoT network that captures production data in real time, controls processing settings and manages machine operations.

Real-time dashboards track every production stage, so teams can see progress and respond quickly to problems.
All production facilities are integrated into an ERP system collecting long-term data on equipment efficiency, output, quality history, yield, defects, energy use and carbon emissions.
